Yoga of the ARcana – a practical approach to bring awareness into daily life.
Begin with The Fool and journey to The World, where there are only misperceptions to drop. Revel in your natural state. Empty the unnecessary and wear the clothes of the regal you, your god/ goddess nature.

The World
Integration of the self beyond the self. Your being in the world as a a traveler, authentically sharing who you are, trusting & dancing with all of existence. Your home is deep within you now, experience everything without attachment. You are no longer living in disappointments, but when one occurs you are welcoming and playful. The seemingly endless cycles have opened into lotuses of explosive creativity.
Judgement
Union. The meeting point where separation dissolves. A beautiful, harmonious merging of male & female, of doubt & trust. One’s discernment is clear here. The ability to witness, observe, & just sit back and watch the show of life is keener then ever. The crystallization of work & family dancing together without effort. Aaaahhh. Even if you don’t know you are the watcher, it’s all here for your entertainment.
The Sun
Existence has been waiting for you. Ever present, at every moment. A patient father with open arms. To move into it’s embrace and be in union. To realize that there is nothing to fix. To move ever so slightly into the light, and not just reflect it. A union of yourself. Instead of uniting with everything under the sun, this union is the unchanging. A grand love of grace not of gravity. Burning the memories of the past & constructing a new life. Fortunately, like the most unconditional of love, you can’t miss it. This train keeps coming for you. It follows like night to day and thou can’t be false to any man.
The Moon
The receptive qualities of the moon. Reflecting the light. There is madness in this poetry. Something coming to an end. Not exactly a generator but a receiver. A catching and throwing at the same moment. The beguiling and mysterious feminine at work in the dark, in the cycles, the hormones and the cries. Great creator, music, but do not become attached. This is immense depth, and the void and must be respected. Meditation. A visitation; a silence.
The Star
Do you ever get the feeling of how exciting it is to be you? There is one you, designed to be you. Existence awaits as we drop imitation & live in our authenticity. This is the place where you are receiving star showers. The seeker has ceased, and one is at home. The ability to be absolutely present experiencing the here & now is the point of the star. Standing naked & vulnerable, self-esteem is at it’s healthiest. This powerful meeting….of finding your place in the world & acting from it! The star, with it’s Aquarian type nobility, transcends toil & luxuriates at the stream of consciousness. A goddess at the well, you with cupped hands dipping into your passion. Finding purpose & actually giving back to the earth to purify. What beauty is available here. Luminous & radiant. The ugliness of stress washing away along with the resistances that have kept us stuck. An utter acceptance emerges. Everything is right in Rome. Always has been, always will be. This new perception is your star power. Relax, shine on & be at home.
