Where I’ve been<\/span><\/p>\n

My journey has been ignited by rock n roll. Then at 18 I went to Brasil. There I was ignited by world music. Movies have been my lifesavers. Acting school and classes saved my ass many a time. Guerilla theatre in NYC was the best. Over and over.<\/p>\n

Love the narrative – visual composition- redoing spaces. Sleek Design. Reading and watching shows. Narrative – my total jam. Storytelling & Traveling.<\/p>\n

Where I am now: It’s 2023<\/span><\/p>\n

I’m publishing a book. What a fun journey.<\/p>\n

A new time has dawned. I sense that I am on the bridge. What has been relinquished is my struggle; not wanting to a part of commerce. Where spontaneous acts are bottled and sold to become a thing. They are then a copy of themselves a mere shadow of the creative point.\u00a0 That always bothered me.<\/p>\n

We are through it. And the newcomers aren’t in that frequency.. YAY!<\/p>\n

The quote below is by a hero of mine, Alejandro Jodorowsky. This passage describes The Tower. I just realized I’m writing about it a lot, and it is also the 7- It’s number XVII – the number 16. So there will be an underbelly of unpredictability and taking care of business this year 2023- a 7 year, besides The Chariot VII, the 7, and the point of stillness and motion.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am the temple:\u00a0 the entire world is an altar I make sacred. My life, like yours, proves at every heartbeat that the world is divine, that the flesh is a living celebration and life a never-ending construction. Life is the flow, and my interest, my intent, is to be available to where it wants me to go!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Self Analysis is a branch of yoga. Knowing how to follow the thoughts constructively is key.<\/p>\n

It’s all yoga. For me all the greats have been yogi’s and yogini’s. The asana practice is a very small part. This is philosophy, a way of life. Pranayama is my current teaching modality in yoga. 1\/2020.. AR<\/p>\n

Style Groove<\/em><\/strong>. My background, my pulse is rock n roll. It\u2019s a familiar world. I was able to step in and do wardrobe styling on The Emeril Lagasse show for both Emeril and his band.<\/p>\n
